All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing includes:

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • $4.90 flat shipping fee for orders under $50

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order and will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

The price shown at checkout reflects the final shipping cost with no hidden shipping fees.

Standard and expedited shipping rates are fixed as outlined above.

Delivery times are estimated based on normal shipping conditions and may vary slightly due to carrier operations, weather conditions, or customs processing.


4. Shipping Carriers

We use major international carriers such as:

The carrier selected will depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

For international orders (outside the United States), customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply based on your country’s import regulations.

All applicable customs duties and import taxes are covered by Jenniekiss. Customers will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.

The price displayed at checkout is the final total amount for your order, including shipping charges. There are no additional or hidden shipping-related charges.

For orders within the United States, no customs duties or import fees apply.

Jenniekiss handles customs clearance and all related charges to ensure a smooth delivery experience.


7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Jenniekiss is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Missing apartment, suite, or unit numbers

If an order is returned due to incorrect address information, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


8. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped, it is handled by the shipping carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us. We will assist you in resolving the issue and work toward an appropriate solution.


9. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Photos of the package

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Your order number

We will review the case and provide a replacement or appropriate solution.


10. Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled and must follow our Return & Refund Policy.
