Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the order.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
The item must be returned in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
The following items cannot be returned:
Items marked as final sale
Gift cards
Personalized or custom-made products
Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
To initiate a return, customers must contact Jenniekiss within the return period.
Please provide:
Order number
Reason for return
Photos (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)
Once your return request is approved, Jenniekiss will provide detailed return instructions by email.
These instructions will include:
The return shipping address
A prepaid return shipping label
Step-by-step instructions for returning your item
The prepaid return label will be sent via email. Customers must download, print, and securely attach the label to the package before shipping.
Returns must be shipped using the provided return label and instructions. Returns sent without authorization or using a different shipping method may not be accepted.
Jenniekiss provides a prepaid return shipping label for all approved returns.
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, no return shipping fee will be charged.
If the return is due to customer preference (such as ordering the wrong item, change of mind, or no longer needed), a fixed return shipping fee of $6.00 will be deducted from the refund.
The refund amount will be the original purchase price minus the applicable return shipping fee.
If the refund amount is less than the return shipping fee, the deduction will be limited to the total amount paid for the item. Customers will not be required to make any additional payment beyond the original order amount.
Jenniekiss does not charge any restocking fees. The only applicable fee is the return shipping fee as outlined above.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after approval
After the refund is issued, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days after it has been issued, please follow these steps:

Contact your credit card provider
Contact your bank
If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us for assistance.
We offer exchanges only for items that are:
Defective
Damaged
Incorrect
Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Orders may be canceled or modified before they are shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
